MORALES]: SUBJECT: The City Council will waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 25-20, amending Titles 9 and 15 of the West Hollywood Municipal Code, to establish Building Energy Benchmarking and Performance Standards for existing buildings and finding the action to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15301, 15302, and 15308 of the State CEQA Guidelines. The City Council will also receive an update on the Equitable Building Performance Standards (EBPS).
