Deny the appeal. What standing does a union like United Here have in filing this? This appeal has no credibility coming from an organization that seeks to control West Hollywood. Perhaps if it was submitted by actual residents this appeal would have more credibility.

I'm an 11 year resident of West Hollywood and live a block away from the Standard Hotel and I'm opposed to agenda item C.1. because we have plenty of noise in the neighborhood already from the engines revving loudly all the time on Sunset, the helicopters and the frequent sirens. 400 drunk people partying on a rooftop during the time of year when people have their windows open all night would make for many an unpleasant evening for people living nearby. Thank you for your time.
