    I support the proposed Rainbow District Entertainment Zone pilot. In places like the UK, drinking outdoors is common and rarely problematic, and here in West Hollywood bar-goers already do it illegally on Santa Monica Boulevard. Legalizing and regulating it in this zone would ease the burden on our deputies and help our local bars and restaurants thrive.
