Oppose: Removing roaming security puts patrons, businesses, and neighbors at risk. Cannabis is cash-heavy, making customers prime robbery targets. Guards nearby deter theft against patrons and passersby (e.g. at ATMs). Public cannabis use and loitering are already common, as seen at Cookies on Melrose—eliminating this requirement will only worsen those problems.
