Please develop an amenity that doesn’t worsen already bad traffic patterns and pedestrian safety. The cars turning into Flores are already impacted by the traffic jam caused by cars failing to turn smoothly into the center hosting Holloway Cleaners. This causes traffic dangers from turning into Flores. The proposed drop off for the playhouse would make this untenable. There is a parking lot entry for the playhouse on Sweetzer at Joey’s Cafe that works better. Distribute the traffic for safety.
