Dear Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Council Members. Please support staff’s recommendation to approve B.7. – a co-Sponsorship with The Lavender Effect to hold our second flagging event in West Hollywood Park on Valentines Day next year. This will be a joyous intergenerational activity where all are welcome to learn this historically queer flow-art, as well as participate.
