This is a waste of money. Our tax payer dollars would be far useful else where – perhaps a one off food bank due to the government shutdown? Putting this money towards homeless resources instead, perhaps in honor of those who have been "disappeared" as a compromise. I will also remind, as I wrote the last time, if we are going to install a plaque, it should include those disappeared under Obama and Biden (who deported way more than Trump) as well!
