SHANDI]: SUBJECT: This report updates the City Council on implementation of the Coordinated Response Framework, a structured system designed to improve coordination, accountability, and outcomes across the City's homelessness response. Recent accomplishments include the launch of the Holloway Interim Housing Program, expanded joint outreach between service providers and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and implementation of a lead outreach team for homeless outreach.
