SAFRIET]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider initiating a review of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance, including the components outlined in this report and any additional areas identified by the City Council. The City Council will also consider establishing an Ad Hoc City Council Subcommittee to work with staff and the City Attorney's office on this review.
