STAUBER]:<BR>The City Council will consider introducing on first reading an Ordinance approving a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) supporting the 2021-2029 6th Cycle Housing Element Program 21 (Zoning Ordinance Amendments). This ZTA aims to implement recent State laws to facilitate the development of housing for people experiencing homelessness and persons with special needs. The proposed ordinance is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) and 15061(b)(3).
