CONTRERAS]:<BR>The City Council will receive an update on the City's Personal Delivery Device (PDD) Pilot Program and consider introducing on first reading an ordinance regulating the operation of PDDs in West Hollywood, along with authorizing the City Manager to execute operating agreements with eligible operators. This item is not subject to CEQA ("Public Resources Code section 21000 et seq.) because it does not qualify as a "project" under CEQA.
