HANG]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution reaffirming the City of West Hollywood's commitment to upholding the Constitution of the United States and urging Congress to challenge unconstitutional actions taken by the Trump Administration. This year marks the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, and in light of this milestone, the City of West Hollywood reaffirms its commitment to the country's foundational ideals of free speech, equality, fair elections, and checks and balances.
