BYERS]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing staff to review the City's public safety camera program, including the current Agreement for Services with Flock Group d.b.a. Flock Safety, to ensure camera data is kept private and not shared with federal immigration enforcement agencies, and return to Council with recommendations for ensuring that public safety camera data and access is not shared with or used to assist federal immigration enforcement agencies.
