MARICICH, J. ALKIRE, F. CONTRERAS, M. MONTENEGRO]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for Services with Janet Smith-Heimer, doing business as (dba) The Housing Workshop. This amendment aims to modify the Scope of Services, extend the agreement term, and increase the total not-to-exceed amount. These changes are intended to provide additional support for updating the City's Inclusionary Housing and Density Bonus Ordinances, as requested by Council on November 3, 2025.
