LANGER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an ordinance adopting proposed Chapter 9.46 of the Municipal Code to prohibit discrimination on the basis of family or relationship structure, including multi-partner families, and consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. The City Council will also give direction on potential expansion of protections for polyamorous and multi-partner partnerships, mirrored after the City's domestic partnership protections.
