STAUBER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will receive the General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Reports for calendar year 2025, including progress toward the 6th Cycle Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA), and authorize staff to submit the reports to the Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in compliance with State requirements. The Annual Progress Reports are exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 15061(b)(3).
