MURRAY]:<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider implementation of a Community Health Hub pilot program through the purchase, installation, and operation of one publicly accessible vending machine to provide free health and harm-reduction supplies. The pilot advances the City Council's April 21, 2025 direction to expand harm-reduction tools and strengthens access to free, anonymous, 24/7 public health and wellness supplies for the community.

    Strong support for this program. Please keep the hubs in more public and easy to access locations. Private businesses and security guards can add an extra layer of barrier for the folks most in need products, such as hygiene and safety. Would love to see somewhere along SMB.
