HEILMAN]:<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing Staff to draft a Zone Text Amendment to allow new, off-site signage on qualifying, legacy live music venues located on Santa Monica Boulevard, as well as, allow eligible businesses to update existing marquees to digital signs. The off-site advertising would be approved through a negotiated development agreement with the City.
