MORALES]: The City Council will waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 26-07, amending Chapters 15.08 and 15.12 of the West Hollywood Municipal Code, finding that such action does not qualify as a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") under State CEQA guidelines Section 15378 and is otherwise exempt from CEQA under State CEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), and taking other actions relating thereto.
