    The WHCHC status report covers a period through December 2025 with this section: "LAUSD released a request for proposals to redevelop 1049 N. Fairfax Ave. WHCHC responded with a proposal to develop a 207-unit project with approximately 9,000 square feet of active
    ground-floor commercial space. LAUSD has not yet awarded the project to a bidder." WHAT IS THE STATUS AS OF TODAY OF THE RFP PROCESS? Council should ask that question tonight; let's keep up the community conversation!
