Carter regarding the Planning Commission’s adoption of Resolution No. PC 26-1635, approving the demolition of all structures and parking lots on a 40,186-square-foot project site consisting of three contiguous parcels to be tied as a single project site, and construction of a seven-story mixed-use residential and hotel building at 7811 Santa Monica Boulevard and 1114 North Orange Grove Avenue in the CC2 (Commercial, Community 2) zoning district; and a detached four-story residential building at 1125 North Ogden Drive in the R3B (Residential, Multi-Family Medium Density) zoning district, including a finding that the project is statutorily exempt from CEQA pursuant to Public Resource Code 21080.66 for In-Fill Housing Development Projects.
