I’m in favor of new housing during this shortage, but not at the expense of our neighborhood. 6 stories is FAR too tall. It’d be the tallest building for over half a mile and built right up to the front and side of the lot. It would destroy the charm of our neighborhood while requiring dozens of parking permits despite using transit as an excuse for a density waiver. It’s TOO BIG and TOO OVERBEARING. 4 stories max and even that is much bigger than everything else in the area.
