COLLINS]:<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider: establishing an overall project budget for the City Playhouse Project; approving the preliminary project schedule; establishing a standard of LEED Gold for Project to achieve environmental sustainability; and amending the Agreement for Services with Perkins & Will to extend the term of the Agreement for architect-engineering services through the end of the project and increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.
