ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT OFF-SITE SIGNAGE OFF SUNSET BOULEVARD: SUBJECT: The Planning Commission will adopt a resolution memorializing its May 7, 2026 vote to recommend that the City Council deny a proposed zone text amendment allowing off-site signage to be permitted in conjunction with a development agreement for housing projects that provide additional affordable housing or for properties with existing long-standing entertainment venues located on select commercial corridors, West Hollywood, California.
