PARRISH]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider a Zone Text Amendment to update the Zoning Ordinance to comply with the requirements of Assembly Bills 1317 (Unbundled Parking) and 894 (Shared Parking), and remove minimum parking requirements citywide in alignment with the City’s Housing Element and recent Council directive.
