FENN]:<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will receive a presentation on the Westside Cities Council of Governments (WSCCOG) Westside Bus Connection Project and proposed bus/bike lanes on La Cienega Boulevard and consider directing staff to communicate the City Council's preferred option to the WSCCOG to proceed with design of bus speed and reliability improvements within West Hollywood, contingent on the participation of the City of Los Angeles, capital cost neutrality for the City, and inclusion of adjacent neighborhood traffic calming improvements in the project scope.
