TICUN]:<BR>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider authorizing staff to initiate the environmental review process required under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) environmental review regulations contained in 24 C.F.R. Part 58 for the William S. Hart Park Improvements Project. Completion of the environmental review process is required before HUD may authorize the City to obligate or expend Community Project Funding (CPF) grant funds for construction activities associated with the project.
