The budget seems awfully high considering less than double normal park attendance? "same days in 2025—by 71% at Plummer Park and 190% at West Hollywood Park" - what is this, like 500 more people? For a budget of over 1/2 million? $250,000,
planning and production elements, artificial turf playing field $24,000, marketing and promotion $30,000. presentation of Discofoot was $275,000 = almost $600,000? How much does City spend on small one day festivals like Mishka, etc.?
