GOMEZ]:<BR>SUBJECT: This report provides the City Council with an update on implementation of the Coordinated Response Framework (CRF), the City's effort to strengthen coordination for community members experiencing homelessness with the most complex needs. The report also recommends approval of Amendment No. 1 to the City's agreement with Hening + Associates Consulting, LLC to continue time-limited CRF implementation support through June 30, 2027.

    I oppose spending another $140,000 on consultants for 27 cases. Why are the records so incomplete, and why can't City staff identify and resolve these issues internally? If approved, what measurable results will justify this expenditure? The City seems to hire consultants for everything. I'd much rather see this money go directly toward programs like Holloway Social interim housing than pay consultants to transition work to City staff.
