    I fully support this. This has been overdue for a long time. I don't see anything in the item to indicate this, but I want to make sure it doesn't change what Public Safety and Code Compliance are doing now with vendors – it should not change with regard to enforcement; it is working, and the ability to strengthen or lessen enforcement is preserved. This is a useful supplement to enforcement operations.
