ROLLINS]:<BR>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider proposed updates to the City's Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Rent Stabilization Regulations, and related administrative procedures following City Council direction, Ad Hoc Committee on Rent Stabilization review, stakeholder engagement, Rent Stabilization Commission review, and ongoing staff and legal analysis. The proposed updates are intended to modernize the City's compliance and enforcement framework, strengthen tenant protections and regulatory compliance, improve administrative procedures, and provide greater opportunities for education, voluntary compliance, mediation, and early resolution.
