BARTLE]: SUBJECT: The City Council will review and make a determination on adoption of the final draft of the Housing Element and all associated documents, including the Technical Background Report. Additionally, the City Council will review and make a determination on the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Housing Element, which includes the adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Measures.

5.A. MID-CITY STREET LANTERNS [S. SHYNE, L. HORVATH, Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider installing decorative lanterns across Santa Monica Boulevard in the mid-city area of West Hollywood.
