I support all efforts to make cycling safer and easier. Dedicated bus-bike lanes would be great. I would also like to suggest going back to making traffic signals automatically include the walking option rather than having to select it manually.

Dedicated bus-bike lanes on La Brea Avenue will significantly improve speed and reliability of the 212 bus service, which now often slows to a crawl at rush hour. This bus line offers direct service to many destinations between Hollywood and Hawthorne, including the burgeoning Inglewood entertainment complex, and deserves the City's support. Furthermore, bicycling on La Brea Ave. at rush hour is challenging, and removing non-bus vehicle traffic will improve bicyclist safety and convenience.
